This warranty is limited to products purchased from authorized Williams distributors. The warranty duration depends upon the nature of the product. If the product information for purchased product does not include a warranty statement with the applicable duration, a customer can obtain the applicable product warranty statement and warranty duration from an authorized Williams distributor or by writing IDSC at the address provided at the end of this Warranty Statement. IDSC, at its sole option, will repair, replace or grant a credit for product that does not comply with this warranty. The product must be returned to the Williams distributor from whom the product was purchased for warranty service. If the distributor is unavailable, the product should be returned to IDSC Holdings LLC, 6969 Jamesson Rd, Midland, GA 31820, freight prepaid. Include a contact name, phone number and a return address; please do not supply a post office box. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. IDSC does not provide any warranty for: 1) consumable products, 2) products subjected to abnormal use, or 3) normal wear and tear of products. Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use. Abnormal use includes misuse, modification, accident, neglect or lack of maintenance. If the warranty claims is found to be invalid, the original product will be returned to the customer. By repairing or replacing a product, or providing a refund, IDSC does not waive a claim that a product nevertheless has been subject to abnormal use. Any products or parts replaced or for which IDSC has provided a refund are the property of IDSC and will not be returned.

Air motors, also called pneumatic motors, use linear or rotary motion to translate compressed air into mechanical work. From their safety components to their ability to work faster and harder than other motor types, they offer significant benefits for a variety of industrial processes.

Air motors operate on circulated compressed air in extreme temperature, wet, and corrosive environments. Air motors are non-sparking and provide an alternative to explosionproof electric motors.
Rotary vane air motors use pressurized air to spin an internal shaft to generate rotational force. The vanes on the rotor act as fins or blades that catch air to create motion.
Pneumatic motors and gearmotors run on circulating compressed air and provide rotational force in high temperature or hazardous environments which prohibit the use of electric motors. Air motors operate without sparking and can run in extreme temperatures and wet or corrosive environments. Air gearmotors transmit input torque from an air motor to an output shaft through a series of integrated gears, decreasing speed and increasing torque.
